Keto is the path that delivered FAST weight loss success!

A few years before I hit age 40, I started putting on weight a little at a time. I was exercising, eating what I thought was healthy, and feeling frustrated that none of my pants were fitting. I put on 30 lbs and was right to the point where I was waving the white flag and being "comfortable" in my new, very uncomfortable weight class.


Then, one day my husband decided he was sick of gaining weight and watching as co-workers slimmed up and felt great doing the keto diet. He introduced the diet to me, and just MONTHS later I was 30 pounds lighter and feeling better than I had in years!

I didn't have keto coaching, so the diet was trial-and-error for me...

I spent three years doing trial-and-error keto... and let me tell you there absolutely can be plenty of trial when you do keto wrong! I decided to get certified as a Master Keto coach and created Crash Course Keto to help people SUCCEED at keto, without the pitfalls that I encountered.


The keto flu is a very common thing for people to run into when they first start keto - or even over and over again if they aren't doing keto correctly - and it can be very rough. No one enjoys an upset stomach and muscle cramps, to name a couple of common complaints. Crash Course Keto is here to help you avoid the keto flu and feel great on the diet!

I hold a bachelor of science dual major in broadcast journalism and public relations from Northern Arizona University as well as nine certifications, all aimed at helping people become the best version of themselves.


I truly believe that a healthy body is essential to mental and emotional health and spiritual growth. The body is where your mind, heart, and soul live, so we need to take care of our bodies. Keto is a super simple solution to getting healthy RAPIDLY, which is why I am so passionate about helping people understand the diet and succeed at it!
